Sage House

At Sage House in Tangmere and through our Community Outreach in West Sussex, we offer support, advice, and activities for people with dementia and their families.

We bring local services together to provide tailored support from pre-diagnosis through the entire dementia journey.

Our free Wayfinding service offers advice and emotional support via phone, email, or face-to-face at Sage House or Outreach sessions.

Our Day Breaks service provides specialist day care, along with daily activities, a café, a dementia-friendly hair salon, therapy room, and hoisted bath.

As a charity, we raise £1.2 million annually, with only 4% from Government and local authorities. Your support helps us continue these vital services.
